The most versatile body-con skirt

As many of you know, I’ve been living in London for a good few years so I’ve acclimatised to the cold. Currently I’m in Sydney and literally melting in the autumnal heat. Blame it on global warming? Perhaps, but that’s a totally different topic to explore another time.

I’ve been a bit of a awkward phase lately . Fashion boutiques are featuring autumn collections and I’m patiently waiting for the cool weather to hit Sydney so I can hide underneath huge coats and boots.

Also I’ve lost a little bit of weight. Size AUS/UK 8 is starting to get a little too big. But I’m not petite enough to fit comfortably into a AUS/UK 6. It’s been challenging to find skirts and pants that fit me properly lately. An excuse to indulge in eating?(I hope my mentor won’t read this!) Are there other in-betweener girls out there as well? Let me know how you go about finding clothes!

Lately, I’ve been living in this olive bodycon dress. It’s the perfect skirt that accentuates your waist and gives you some shape. It’s something something that I always look out for as a ectomorph. I can dress it down for a casual look with a casual top and sneakers/flats or attend a wedding by amping it up with heels and a nice flowy top.

I paired the skirt with my all time favourite cami from Decjuba. Seriously, they make the best basic pieces, such as the basic white shirt, camis, trenches, statement t-shirts, jackets etc. I highly recommend checking out their boutiques and online store!

Hope you all have a great week xx
